Welcome to the Doña Ana County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC). Our committee is the central hub for emergency response planning and implementation within our community. Composed of dedicated volunteers, including representatives from city, county, and state government, we work collaboratively to ensure the safety and preparedness of our residents.
